Homes are priced by size. Rental turnover and specialist work is quoted per job, because the scope genuinely varies.

Rates are quoted per property. Every home is a different size and condition, so we price yours after we know the details rather than publishing a number that would not apply to you. Send your property details and you will have a firm quote back shortly — there is no charge and no obligation.

01 Homes

Priced by the size of your home.

Bedrooms and bathrooms determine the price. You know the figure before anyone arrives, and it does not change if the clean takes us longer than expected.

02 Rentals and commercial

Quoted per job.

Turnover, post-construction and managed-property work varies too much for a fixed rate. We look at the property, the condition and the turnaround, then quote it properly. Recurring and multi-unit work is priced as a programme.
